Before You Open
SITE SELECTION
You will be assisted in evaluating & finalizing the location for your business
RESTAURANT DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION
We will assist you in designing the floor plan for your specific location.
EQUIPMENT ORDERING
You will receive guidance on ordering your equipment package for timely delivery
HIRING & TRAINING OF STAFF
We will provide you with our full support and assistance to hire the required number of experienced and professionally trained staff. Once the staff is hired we will provide an intense training to them in order to make them ready to operate as per our successfully proven standard procedures.
STRESS TESTING & LAUNCH
Once everything is ready we will not leave you out there alone. Indeed, we will conduct a Pre-Launch stress Testing service for a trial period on your behalf with the help of your staff in order to get them familiarize with actual working conditions.
After You Open
OPERATIONS MANUAL
HENGCHEN restaurants’ in-depth manual covers a full range of topics important to running your business. From backhand kitchen operations to front end customer service, everything is covered and a step by step approach is outlined to keep up with our set standards. In addition staff handbook will also be provided.
OPERATIONS REVIEW & REPORTING
A team of specialized professionals will visit twice during a year and conduct an operational review. A copy of detailed report will be provided for corrective measures & value addition.
FRANCHISEE SERVICES
A dedicated coordinator will serve as your main contact person, who is just a phone call or e-mail away.
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Regular newsletters, e-mails, DVD’s and additional learning tools are also available exclusively for our franchisees that may include updated versions of our operation’s manual, staff handbook, recipes for new addition and various medias for marketing support.
